That’s why we pride ourselves on efficiency.
And we’ve invested in trendsetting technology that:
- Allows us to build you a beautiful smile with precision (maximizing both quality and efficiency).
- Gets you back to your life in less time - and less visits – than traditional offices.
So you get the best of both worlds: more time and a confidence-boosting, long-lasting smile.
Don’t waste another minute with a smile that holds you back.
Nervous? We get it.
That’s why we only hire the most compassionate people into our team.
People that get you’re more than just a patient. You’re a person.
A person with fears and anxieties (especially around the dentist).
And we take time to answer all your questions and make sure…
- You know exactly what’s going to happen.
- You’ll be comfortable and at-ease.

Lauren Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Wayne, NJ, she’s now raising her own family there. She’s married and has a daughter who is the light of her life.
She graduated from UMDNJ in 2003 and has worked in the dental field since 1999. She’s been with us for 9 years. Not only is she an amazing hygienist, she’s also our Patient Care Coordinator, making sure you’re getting the best, most compassionate care possible.
She’s made sure to stay on top of the latest trends in the dental industry, taking continuing education courses in CAD/CAM Dentistry in a program called E4d Elements of Success.
She loves Crossfit. So much so that she’s become a coach in Fairfield and has earned her Level 1 Certification. She’s specifically into the Olympic weightlifting aspect of it.
Sharon Dental Hygienist
Sharon was born and raised in Kearny where she realized her passion at the age of 17. Kearny High School offered a dental assistant program at a time when Sharon had no idea what she wanted to do. She was instantly hooked. She went on to graduate Bergen Community College with an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006. And she’s been working as a dental hygienist ever since, joining our team back in 2007.
She’s continued to grow as a hygienist both practically and theoretically, having taken continuing education courses in CPR, OSHA, Invisalign®, and Dental Billing.
She loves vacationing in the warm weather, especially on cruises. When she’s not enjoying time away, she loves shopping, Crossfit, and spending time with friends and family.
Fun fact about Sharon? She has a twin sister. Her name is…
Karen Dental Hygienist
Yes, that’s right. We’re lucky enough to have both Sharon and Karen working with us. Karen, like her sister, found her passion in the dental assistant program at Kearny High School and feels lucky she can share that passion with her sister each and every week.
She also graduated Bergen County Community College with an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree in Dental Hygiene. She’s been with us for 4 years and has also taken continuing education courses in CPR, OSHA, Invisalign®, and Dental Billing.
She loves being outdoors in the spring and summer months: hiking, camping, going to the beach (preferably in the Caribbean). In the winter, it’s all about hibernation. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter.
Lana Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Belleville NJ, Lana attended UMDNJ for dental assisting and hygiene. She’s a certified dental assistant (CDA), registered dental assistant (RDA), and a registered dental hygienist (RDH) with 10 years experience working in a dental office (the last 5 as a hygienist and the last 1 year with us).
But that wasn’t enough for her. She’s continued her education, completing courses in Invisalign®, infection control, periodontal disease, OSHA, and bloodborne pathogens. She’s passionate about her work and about learning as much as possible to give you the best care.
She loves cooking and exercising with her boyfriend in her free time. And just getting to enjoy her family and friends.
